Once again the Marlin Sailing Club (MSC) intends to enter a team for the East Anglian Sailing Championships (EASC) at Grafham Water. The team selected will be defending the trophy that was won in 1991 by Paul Johnson, skipper of Mermaid and his crew. Paul said about the championships: Simply the finest introduction for the young sailors of today to the thrills and techniques of yacht racing. This year s event takes place between May 27th and June 3rd and promises to be the more relaxed of the two major events upon which many sailors will be focusing their attention this summer. The Club Secretary, Carol Cook, is co-ordinating entries and those who would be interested in entering a team should contact her by 31st March. Publish your Pics! Many of our readers already send in black and white photos for publication in our Clubs and Classes section.
